Thread: Bounty Hunter Droid Question
When assembling them, does the experimentation make any significant difference to tracking speed or reliability? I ask because if it doesn't, then I'll just use grind quality materials in making mine, and save the good stuff for something that matters.
Thanks,
Nickle

MY alt is MBH and can tell you this from in game... quality resources and expermental amazingfor schematics on tracking =4 more track reports then crap...
Granting nothing worth wasting quality resources on... but do experiment for your schematics

I hadn't tested it in quite some time, so I hopped onto TC and gave it a quick go. The results were about the same as last time I tested it. Stack A was experimented to 81% and stack B came out at 12%. I used3 different marks and tracked them each with one of each droid stack. In each case I got 12 updates per charge. (Not including the "Lost Track" message) I tested the probes as well, but the response time on them was the same each time. (1:32)
Stack A Mark 1: 28 sec Mark 2: 26 sec Mark 3: 20 sec
Stack B Mark 1: 25 sec Mark 2: 29 sec Mark 3: 23 sec
Not enough for it to be statistically significant, but I'd say quality doesn't matter. I'd guess it's really just a random timer between 20 and 30 seconds.

As a DE with some really quality resources and an alt with a BH as well. A couple of months ago when they made the new BH changes, I did some testing to see if they snuck in anything when they changed our charges. I don't remember the exact numbers, but one batch was like 97% the other was like 14%.
No noticable difference.
Same here. Anyone who says differently needs a tinfoil hat.
Experimenting on your BH droid schems will only slow your factories down.

Man, don't do that during the workday. Makingpeople laugh like that can get a guy in trouble.
That comment reminds me of a conspiracy theory thread that went on a while back, I think it may have been in the CU sandbox. Was pretty funny.
