Thread: Droid Engineer Issues Designer responses
I'm not a DE.
But I have supported DE's, even to the point of putting my own profession (BH) behind you and commando's in the need for fixes.
So I feel that gives me a say in4 things.
#1: Permadeath for droids: Get rid of this. Find another solution, but at no time should droids be permadeath.
#2: Combat Droids: Droidekah, of course, but my second and personal favorite would be a two legged droid, much like IG-88 or an Assassin Droid. Basically a variant of a 3-PO type of two legged combat droid. I don't need some huge monster combat droid, but a regular human sized 2 legged version would be excellent.
#3: More personality in the personality chips. Perhaps (in the future) an additional option of programming some of your own stuff words, quotes, etc. into the droids personality that is appropriate for certain times (IE Attacking/Defending/Getting hurt/working/angry/upset/etc.
4: Reduce the resource requirementsfor the 2 BH droids that are required, so we can buy these cheaper, and make give them a (USE) much like a stimpack or something else that has a set number of (charges) Since we can go through 5-10 of these things doing just one mission at a 7k payout, the expense is too much.
Thanks.
"- Also the "black glass domed droid" that you see the Jawas directing in "A New Hope", is a favorite of mine. Which also brings up that I think a droid blueprint being learned from doing Jawa quests would be very interesting. Kind makes people want to travel more... maybe."
That was a LIN demolitionmech droid its build on the WED treadwell chassis (without the stalk and all the arms obviously)
They were designed to go down mineshafts and place explosive to aid in further mining without risk to sentient life (cant use the word human really) they were discontinued when a spate of accidents caused caveins a loss of miners lives. The dome is capable of withstanding corrosive liquids and blasts etc etc
Most have since been moved into other lines of work (which just shows what an accomplished DE can do) there is an example in the old Star Wars role play of one being reprogrammed as an entertainment droid (previous it was also involved in some top secret imperial program of which the details escape me). She (yes it had a female personality) was programmed to play music and do as laser light show as well as play Sabacc against the patrons (but interfacing with a modified Sabacc table).
Its probably worth pointing out that this reprogramming _did not_ remove the droids memory. While there is no mention of if it retained the knowledge on demolitions and the imperial program it was stated that the hasty memory wipe performed at the end of the imperial program (rush during the cover up) left the droid with retention of some of the memories from that period
I see Droids as one of the best aspects of this game but there only used to about 5% of their potiential this craft should be king of crafting IMO.
To start with they can directally affect game balence in in this way.....Powerful Fighting Droids should be available to those who spend massive parts of there skill points to non combat related skills sort of like a certification if you will.A master entertainer for instance would be certified to buy a droid Deackkar (forgive spelling) These same droids would not be available to combat masters/BH//CH ect Hence the balence aspect.Somebody can take this idea to the next level with hard data as to how well it could be used as far as points and such goes.......
.......But i think this is a great reward to those who have to use so many points to master a profession that serves the entire community only to find out when the go overt or try a pvp or accept a duel they are massacared or they have a very difficult time just tending their harvesters or moving from town to town .It seems fair and right to me and is in keeping with the SWs experence as well. powerful rich merchants or well loved entertainers /craftsman many times have powerful bodyguards.
The Goffey attack droids used in the phantom menace against the gunganswould be wonderful to have in the game / It would also be nice to be able to euip these droids with player weapons IE Rifle /pistol /Rocket launcher ect. the proper trainingmodual would have to be bought from the DE for the weapons correct use......Tons of possibiltys here....for instance in chat is someone slaped you in the fact your droinds would banish there weapons at who did it surrounding you.
A Repair droid that would repair armor as long as he had ore/steel/polymers in him...without failure after all he is a droid he doesnt make mistakes ......Realistic amouts of materials i might add too ....meaning this will also help the economy with combat people having to buy large amounts of materials they do not have to buy now. Perhaps 200 fiberplast 200 copper/200 polymer/200 hides/200 ore could be turned into a repair kit capable of fixing 10,000 points of damage to any armor and had to be crafted by a armorsmith or master artisan
A repair droid that repairs weapons the same way...perhaps the R-3/R-5 droids and fix themselves R2 D2 could fix anything including starships!
A medical Droid that actually heals you not nearly as fast or as good as a real pc could but good enough to be atttractive to have......as long as you have the proper medical supplies stocked inside him ....which by the way have to come from medics and doctors which would provide them additional income perhaps only medics and doctors could stock him up so you would have to see them in person for supplies
Last but not least a entertainment droid......maybe a use for the protocal droid....he could tell storys..something amusing to heal mind wounds battle fatigue like the medical droid..........perhaps a entertainer would have to sell you a holovision of there music or dance for him to play back to you later ..Hence making entertainers money and giving them a item to sell.this would be a data disc they could craft with a basic crafting macine that would heal you at their healing level for a short period of time then be used up.
I see tons of uses for droids but few of them being used and its a shame too we are all missing a lot.
And whatever the professional DEs said that needed fixing too ! hahahaa
I hope everyone likes these idea's and expands on them cause a droid is a terrible thing to waste!

We agree. What kind of Combat Droids would you like to see?
There are twodriodswho come to mind:Guri (http://www.starwars.com/databank/droid/guri/eu.html) andIG-88 (http://www.starwars.com/databank/droid/ig88/index.html ).
Yes, I do realize that these droids are themselves unique. However, it would be nice to have droids of their type available for combat uses... Guri is a HRD (human replica droid), and IG-88 is... well... an IG-88, created during Project Phlutdroid.
Since only four IG-88 model droids were ever created, it may be somewhat unreasonable to include them as a craftable combat droid... but we do need combat droids, and IG-88 would be a pretty cool (and powerful, and expensive) one to have.
HRDs are also extremely expensive... the starwars.com databank article says that Xizor spent 9 million credits on Guri.
Perhaps these droids could be available for crafting by Master Droid Engineers, and have very high resource requirements... and power requirements, once crafted.
For more droid listings, see http://www.starwars.com/databank/droid
My number 1 droid issue is lack of documentation on droids. Consumers don't know what the options are, and neither do most novice crafters.
I like the sound of the coming changes, but it would be great if there was reference information in the Holocron for each of the professions, including droids, what is unique about each type, the modules, and what they do.
Q-3PO:
Honestly, I don't want to seem offensive, but have you even played this game at all? Your responses indicate you don't really have a clue as to what the Droid Engineering profession is or how it works or how the market works or anything.
I know you're probably really busy, but you don't seem to have a feel in any fashion for what the DE profession involves and what our problems really are. May I make a suggestion?
If you have the ability to do this or if you have someone on staff with SoE (who you trust and will give you valuable feedback) you can ask to do this, I recommend you attempt the following:
Create a real-toon on a server (test server maybe?) that's automatically a Master Artisan and Novice Droid Engineer with none of the other "boxes" filled in. No need for you to grind the hundreds and hundreds of Travel Packs I've ground out to get to Novice DE and Master Artisan like I did.
Give yourself lots of resources. No need to harvest the hundreds and thousands of resources I have. This is not the point I'm trying to make.
Create MSE droids until you get to Blueprints 1. You will need to make hundreds of these MSE droids. They are the only effective droid engineering experience you can get.
* Did you have fun?
* Was it easy?
List some droids for sale in the bazaar and in your own house.
* How are they selling?
* Did you make any money?
* How do you plan to get additional resources?
* How useful are they for your customers? When someone asks you, what do these droids do? What do you answer?
Now, make droids in the Blueprint 1 series. Make a lot of them.
* How does your xp bar look for Blueprint 2?
* How are your resources looking?
* How are the sales of these new droids going?
* How useful are these various droidsfor your customers? When someone asks you, what do these droids do? What do you answer?
Continue all the way up to Master Droid Engineer. This process will likely take many, many hours and weeks. Now, sell your droids.
Take your droids into battle. How did they fare? How effective and satisfied are you with droid battle performance?
If you don't do these steps, then you don't feel our pain in-game. I really, really hope that you, Q-3PO, are not a true representation of what SoE thinks about the DE field and it's future. If so, the DE field is doomed and I should turn my attention to a craft that's viable and productive like Weaponsmithing or Armorsmithing.
Aeshibauh, Novice DE, Tarquinas, Kaadara, MOYBA
i'm surprised more people havn't posted, new combat droids would be great but what would be even better is to make the current probots even worth having. A minor grubber is enough to almost half dmg my probot, a durney does about the same dmg.My girl friend has a small cat petandfull grown it has over 400 more health ham than my probot. I think in the star wars universe your average bunny rabit should not be half as tough as any combat droid. More than anything i would like to see this addressed, no one wants them anymore, one because they are not tough, and 2 because they die easy and permanently. Cheers.
Droids are some of the most important and unique characters in the Star Wars universe and they are one of the many things that makes the saga great. However, the droids included in Star Wars Galaxies are merely decorative trinkets. I believe that the following would make droids just as important in the Star Wars Galaxies as they were in all other Star Wars media:
1. New Droids-
Destroyer Droids (Not as powerful as thier movie counterparts most likely, as Geonosians came under Republic occupation after the during the Clone Wars, the common droid engineer would not have the knowledge to compare to the quality of work done by thousands of exotic machines and insectoid drones.)
Battle Droids (With different customizable functions like thier movie counterparts- Pilots, Security, Infantry, and Commander)
IG SeriesAssassin Droids (Personal Hunters and Trackers, perhaps you could program a target for them and they could help find it. Ie. the Tusken Leader of the Jabba's palace quest.)
Training Remotes aka Luke's Lightsaber Training Droid (These could be used to gain combat experience by their owners or just to test out new skills.)
Protocol Droid variants (Protocol droid cousins similar to 4-LOM the bounty hunter, the Death Star droids, and the droids from scenes aboard the Sandcrawler from A New Hope.)
Sentry Droids like the droid at the door of Jabba the Hutt's Palace (These could be incorporated into houses to allow access to certain visitors)
Manual Labor Droids (To perform the boring tasks of players such as managing harvesters, homes, guild halls ect.)
Many other types of droids could be incorporated but those are probably the major ones.
2. Droid Functions
Make Protocol Droids Useful (Make them speak different languages, the fact that a player can learn every language in the entire galaxy in the first five minutes that they get the game is a tad ridiculous. You could make players require a droid to understand alien speech.)
Make R2 Astromech Units Useful (In the movie they hack into security systems, zap pests, carry holographic messages, and even fly. These droids could be made to learn the whereabouts of faction players, learn what faction someone belonged to, and many other things make these droids be allowed to hack into computers and other things.)
3. Droid Upgrades- Craftable by engineers as seperate items that could be equipped to droids and swapped ect.
Weapons Upgrades (Give Droid Engineers the ability to make Droid Weapons- Flamethrowers, Carbonite Guns, Stun Guns, Tasers, Saws, Wrist Blasters, Dart Launchers ect.)
Shield Generators (Give those droids an extra boost.)
Armor Plating
4. Customabilty
Allow droid engineers to completely customize a droid's looks similar to the character creation screen for new characters at start. After all droids are characters themselves!
As a fan of Galaxies and the Star Wars Universe I hope this helps!
First and for most everyone should look at what has been already...
http://www.starwars.com/databank/
http://www.starwars.com/databank/droid/
But also droid were created to do the humanoids menal and boring tasks, and also just the ones we couldn't plan do. Like one could have the binary load lifter droid that the havestedpower (solar, wind, etc)from the generators and place them in the near by refining pump, etc. Of course load lifters would be jsut that also... just a giant walking backpack with good strength... very nice when picking of massive amounts of resources. Meaning in the long run droids should be all the same with just different body looks... give innate ablities to the droids that are build that way. Don't mind me but it's late and I am just thinking off the top of my head. ;p
Just noting off the said offical StarWars site this are droids I'd like to see. Even if they are just backgroud...
-ASP Droids could be a lower version of the binary load lifter and if needed a brawler (binary load lifters are normally to squimish of battle or something maybe)
-CZ-3 wouldnt be a bad addition also even as just back ground. Could work as a cheaper 3PO protocol droid, though with lower stats.
-Droideka's as PC owned droids... "everyone" wants them but, look they are like death on peg legs. A battle droid forever will they be though I would argue to say this would have to be the hardest droid to craft. Old technology... and for all we know the droid schmatics might have to be "quested" for after optaining Master DE. But way not let the DE bring theace to the table when a Imperial/Rebal problem happens. They have BEEN off the assembly then but what's to say they can't be tinkered back into soemthing again now
-Tradefedration Troops like the Droideka.. scraps reuses today. Still why put all the droids skematics in the skill tree... they make some droid blueprints only optainable by jumping though a hoop or two, and only creatable after getting DE Master.
-Hailfire Droid ... hehe just kidding
-Imperial Mark IV Sentry Droid... good for scouting out locations and/or a floating notepad for locations
-Pit Droids... good at helping maintaining/repairing vehicles. Some droids are only good for one thing. shrug
-RA-7 (Death Star Droid)... another variation of the protocl droid (excuse me if i am repeating a few thign that are inworld now. Am a bit new to SWG & on my server droids aren't very abundent.
- Also the "black glass domed droid" that you see the Jawas directing in "A New Hope", is a favorite of mine. Which also brings up that I think a droid blueprint being learned from doing Jawa quests would be very interesting. Kind makes people want to travel more... maybe.
- Am sure there are many many more from the movies I am forgetting or that aren't covered in the Database site.
Also another interesting place for droid info or ideas if from the LucasArts Learning game of "Droid Works". It's while playing that game that I first started wishing for a massive multiplay world of StarWars.
I'm not a DE and don't play one on TV, but I'm very intrigued by your call for suggestions. I haven't read all of this board, and i'm sure the dedicated DE's have already said most if not all of these.
Combat Droids:
Titan Droid. Basic Tank Droid. Imagine load lifter with a big maul for fists. This would effectively require a healing droid...or the ability for DEs to heal droids in combat with a skills on rough par to medic/cm/doc, especially given permadeath. I think DE ability to repair in combat would provide a very intersting dynamic.
Sentinel Droid. Mobile defensive droid. Imagine squad making camp or setting up a defensive position. Sentinel droids are immobile once placed, but can be called/stored wtih significant delay period to prevent making them macro-mobile. Sentinels receive a bonus for squad leader presence.
Electro-Seeker.Exploiding droid. This kamikaze droid is wired to blow. It can target another droid, move toward it and self-destruct with an AOE detonation effect. Modifications to this could be EM pulse to only affect other droids...or...general heat/energy damage to hurt PCs. Best that these are expensive to make with good results to prevent proliferation.
Shield droid. DE use only. Defensive droid that provided squad-level bonus to a single particular type of non-melee damage (energy, heat, etc). This droid should consume power quickly so you can't afford to have one out 24/7. Module should not be hot-swappable as to damage absorption type, but must be declared at build. Incrreased versions of the droid offer better protection and better conversion ratios. By conversion I mean that the shield droid offers the squad x% increased armor within an AOE, but does so by absorbing the damage. y% of the damage it absorbs converts to its own damage. This can be a powerful ally in a fight, but the DE must monitor its health, and frequently will have to choose between repairing a Titan and Shield...but not both.
Stun droid. Small-airborne droid is a variant of a kamikaze droid that moves very fast, and expodes like a flash/bang, offering a good chance to stun opponents for a few seconds. Targets are immunze to successive stuns for considerable time. Stun droids are priced such that they are not effective as a normal combat tool. However, they provide the DE or squad with an ability to disengage from combat and run.
Non-combat droids and modules:
Perimeter/recon droid. Droid is usable only by DE, and has a %change of being hidden (non-targettable). These defenseless droids extend the radar perimeter of the DE's hud, allowing them to see approaching forces beyond the normal line of sight.
Power droid, I know one exists in the game, but i'm at a bit of a loss to determine its use and it seems that others are as well. I could see their use if a power droid could be given a waypoint (say within a PA) and its function was to automatically patrol within a given radius of that wp, recharging follow droids it finds. With this and sentinels or other droids one could imagine PAs outfitting automated defenses of their halls.
I really like the notion of a droid being able to deliver materials to another PC. This could be accomplished as a form of ranged trade. Setting the droid off would open the standard trading screen, but delivery time would be delayed based upon distance. Droid would have delay similar to crafting delay on tools but much longer. Droids could only affect between PCs. Droids could not do 'deliver' missions for their master.
As otherwise posted, an entertainment module to provide boosts for entertains in mobile camps (not additive in cantina) would be a nice addition. Think of this as the entertainers mobile mixing board and light show.
For surveyors...modules that enhanced survey range and/or sampling proficiency would be welcome. I think automated survey mapping droids is way over the top as the resource shifts are a necessary check on the economy. Enhanced sampling could be a welcome alternative to harvester proliferation if smaller quantities are needed.
For scouts, a tanning module that increased harvest would be welcome.
I have to run for right now, but if people like these...maybe i'll post more. I want to depart with one last thought. I empthasize wit the concept of permadeath and the comparison of DE vs CH. But I don't think the answer is to make the DE a mechanized CH. Keep permadeath. Give DEs repair (healing) ability and let them be support on battlefield. Give DEs specialized droids along wtih resouce constraints of hwo many they can deploy (but more than 1). In that way the DE isn't the general powerhouse that a CH can bring to bear, but the DE has specialzed tools that can make large differences in certain situations.
Thanks for taking the time to read this.

Response to 1) Droid Uniqueness and Usefullness(apologies to fellow DE's who read, parts are from an earlier post of mine):
On Usefullness:
Droids are robots. There should be no difference in the logical reason for having/wanting robots in our time and universe and in the SW Universe. Droids are meant to do tasks and labour that is either:
a. Too small, time consuming, boring, repetative, or dangerous for human (flesh and blood beings) to do
b. Assist with skills or abilities that the owner is unable to perform themselves
What should be done to fix this and address the above:
i) Allow an owner to have as many Droids as they want, and have as many active at once as they want
ii) Allow droids to do tasks outside of a distance limited or area of control associated with the player - e.g. instead of paying huge maintenance fees on harvestors, if I have a maintenance droid tending my 3 harvestors I don't have to waste time tending my harvestors and I save $$ big incentive for buying droid
iii) allow droids to be programmed to do the following unattended:
a) structure and vendor (vehicle and ship in future) maintenance (no maintenance fee to player if used) - create maintenance module for droids
b) hopper harvesting and drop off (player does not have to spend time harvesting from hoppers anymore)
c) surveying and sampling (better than a human player, not as good as a harvestor - droid is programmed to survey and sample for one resource and will auto go to highest concentration and start sampling) players can then concentrate on crafting/playing other aspects, or if the player is not an artisan etc then here is a droid with skills to provide that to a player - create droid survey and sampling module
d) armor and weapon repair (not as good as a human artisan weaponsmith or armorsmith but mobile and good enough to make it worth taking with you if you are on lowly populated planet in several firefights or hunting expeditions) -- droid armor and weapon repair module
e) healing (not as good as human medic/doctor/combat medic) but again can actually perform act not just assist human player - but will still give boost to human player performing the act -- same modules as now
f) restocking vendors/shop clerk(will take whatever I have crafted and restock my vendors at a set price I have already established for that good will offer drinks and issue welcome and barkshopping admessages - again will supplement me if I don't have enough skill pts for Advertising 3 in business or I am away from the shop) -- shop clerk module
g) hunting droid (think hunting dog -- has large sensor array to find larger groups of selected prey on the planet, user chooses from available prey, bingo droid will search with greater than human range to find prey, identify it, and lead human hunters to the source -- droid will also autoharvest hide or bone as preselected by player) -- hunting sensor array and corpse harvest module for droids
h) increased variety and strength in combat droids (see specific response to point 4)
Permadeath for creatures, incapacitation for droids.
Droids are constructs - no different than any construct we can create in our universe, on our planet today. They are NOT living, breathing things. Similar to a car a droid can be built or taken apart as has been proven by the numerous movies despite being destroyed to a point where they are incapacitated into peices. Your car doesn't die when you have an accident (yes even though it may be an insurance "write off" it can still be repaired -- it is only written off because the cost to repair the car plus the added risk of that repaired car having a future accident is potentially greater than the cost to replace the vehicle or supply "book value" back to the owner towards a new car purchase). Your car can still have a second life - witness TLC's junkyard wars, monster garage, or visit any scrap dealer.
The bottom line isconstructsdo not die. Creatures do die. period. Welcome to life on this and any other planet. And if you witness any of the SW movies you'll see that universe is no different than ours.
On Uniqueness:
Bring back our ability to customize droid paint schemes for cutomers. It may seem small but will create a larger "coolness" factor around droids if each player can have a droid creation more visibly unique to them as well as functionaly unique. If the prior beta mechanism is a non-starter because it is too difficult to fix or implement then may I suggest a pick list of a dozen or so color themes (e.g. jungle camoflauge, astrocolors, desert camoflage, snow camoflage, imperial black, rebel blue and red, gray, etc.). All of these skins can be standardized in-game to allow some flexible customization until either real customization (like Tailoring) is possible or as a substitute until another system can be implemented with a larger upgrade.
Response to 2) Working Modules
With respect to not planning on making modules "hot swappable", I understand the desire to prioritize and there is something to be said for repeat business for more custom droid constructs, however I beg you to re-consider. At least do not shelve this issue - please institute this in a later, larger upgrade if necessary. As previously mentioned there is a large backlash from customers, whom as they grow and become more elite, or change professions, their requirements from a droid will change over time. These customers also view droids as they should be - constructs - similar to your car if you would like to remove the engine to add in a more powerful one you should be able to do so. THIS IS NOT to say that you cannot take that same car and add to it the ability to haul ore from a mine - that is a SPECIALIZED vehicle. I think we can compromise here and resolve the SOE team's concern about specializationwithout sacrificing the desire to have "hot swappable" modules. Some Droids are specialty function droids - e.g.
Probot (infiltration, espionage and attack - although currently only attack in the SOE environment) - already specialized because of restriction of program option to attack
DZ70 (tracking, espionage, light combat support - currently only attack in the SOE environment) - similar to probot - already specialized as it can perform the program function attack
Surgical Droid (heal) - should be the only droid to actually be able to heal independent of presence of healing class player (medic/doctor etc) - I recommend restricting medical module L3+ to Surgical Droids
By restrictingcertain modules, and certain LEVELS of modulesto certain types of droids you can address the concern you express. That way it will be impossible to put a very high level module in a very inexpensive droid and get the same performance as a higher class of construct requiring more advanced skill to build.
The advantage of "hot swappable" modules is two fold:
1) it gives new customers with limited funds an upgrade path to new droid functionality (up to a point!)this is desirable because without this, new customers will not buy low level droids from novice DEs, specialty droids (either inherentlyspecialized through the default "program" options, or through a module level restriction system similarto what I suggest)should command more dollars and require a DE with a higher skillset to produce. Withrespect to low level DEs buyinghigher level modules and inserting them into droids - this would be stopped because the low level DEs cannot build specialized droids at their level (they alsocannot produce droids which allow higher level modules to be inserted (swapped) into them); and
2) eventually the "hot swappable" module system will allow for a more realistic and comprehensive damage system to be introduced into the game for droids, whereby damage can translate into damaged or destroyed internal droid modules requiring "hot swapped" replacements - also something that will generate more DE business
With respect, if a droid can have a piece of technology inserted into it to increase it's inherent ability is it that much of a stretch to understand the desire and logic behind the ability to hotswap modules?
Response to 3) UXP and Master Experience
Thank you for taking this issue seriously and for assisting with leveling the experience point playing field amoung elite classes. Although we would appreciate a bitmore description as to how this is implemented and exactly how this will be similar to "pet trick", we are happy just to have the additional aid of XP gained outside of crafting alone.
With regards to general experience points required to gain Master level in the DE elite skill tree I would ask you to please review the distribution of blueprints and module levels gained to make the experience of growing in the profession more rewarding for players as they progress. Several excellent suggestions to accomplish this have been made in this forum.
Response to 4) Variation in Combat Droids
Thank you for agreeing. It's exciting to have you ask for our opinions and ideas on this issue.
I'm sure many of the droid types I list will be included amoung previous and later posts, however these would be my list for combat droid types:
1) Droideka Battle/Gaurd Droid http://www.starwars.com/databank/droid/droideka/index.html
2) IG-88 Series Assassin Droid http://www.starwars.com/databank/droid/ig88/index.html
3) LOM Series converted Protocol Droid http://www.starwars.com/databank/droid/4lom/index.html
4) ASN Series Assasin Droid http://www.starwars.com/databank/droid/asn121/index.html
5) Battle Droid http://www.starwars.com/databank/droid/battledroid/index.html
6) Dark Trooper Droid http://www.starwars.com/databank/droid/darktroopers/eu.html
(I know Dark Troopers are currently a Faction Reward, but truly these are droids -- may I suggest that instead of making the droid itself a faction reward that perhaps you make the SCHEMATIC for the droid a faction reward which can then be used by a DE with enough faction points to build a Dark Trooper? perhaps the Rebels can get a similar SCHEMATIC faction reward droid?)
7) Super Battle Droid http://www.starwars.com/databank/droid/superbattledroid/index.html
Response to 5) Droid Repair
This is excellent news! Thank you! I'm sure the existence of a Droid Repair Kit already in-game was merely an oversight.
Response to 6) Experimentation
I have yet myself to confirm in-game, but bow to my peers whom I know will be testing this thoroughly, I'm sure any anomolies will be reported back to your team. Thank you for putting this high on your fix list.
