They drop off virtually any storm trooper, we looted 3 off stormies in a imp base on dantooine. Pretty sure any drop them just not a very often drop.

Can someone please explain what these are used for?...i have my ideas but i'm not sure because i really have no experience with them. And where do you find them?

they restore a jedi's force pool and are one use items. Rebel and imperial generals drop them i think

Now holocrons can refill force bar in jedi profs, before they used for getting info about secret profs to mastered in jedi path. My opinion is that future holocrons would must giveFRSin next frs systems, so that holocrons are anciest jedi knowledges, and it's more logical that grow up your power and not refresh your force...
