I'm sure this was posted awhile ago but how can I take a notepad text file and import it in as a macro?

This game is a program so I'm guessing there is some brainiac out there who can figure out how to get the crafting to select the ingredients like /selectInventory 105; or something like that. Am I way off on my thinking here?

I find myself with wayyyy too much time lately but Idiscovered something that may pay off for your grinding as you can let it go overnight if you have a double-click program. Droid Storage Compartments are all metal and only require 23 units. You get 47 exp in practice mode(which isn't much compared to MSE droids) but you could set it up so you dont have to sit at the computer and double-click multiple resources. I dont have an auto-clicker so if someone has an opinion if this would work or even worthwhile, let me know.

Did I say I had one or was using one? NO Just because it's supposedly againts the EULA doesn't mean someone can't do it. I'm sorry but SWG didn't build my computer, my mouse, my keyboard or anything else except the game so I guess pretty much everything but SWG is "3rd party". Since you were so kind to be the police of the boards I guess I'll make sure to uninstall all my drivers for my peripherals because SWG didnt make them.

I cant get this macro to work. It starts up, incorrectly selects the first draft schematic in my datapad, even though I input the correct number of the draft schematic I really want into the macro per the instructions above, and then it tells me the crafting session has ended. What is up with this? I tried it for about an hour, and asked some artisans in game, and they couldnt figure out what was wrong either. Anyone have any suggestions? thanks for your help!

Also, does this macro only work when you become a novice DE?

Where are people getting all of these bizarre XP numbers? Are these really, really old numbers from back when Droids still gave usage XPs?

When I was grinding my way up to MDE, it was 2 * resources used. Then they added "practice" mode and it became 1.05*(2 * resources used).

An MSE droid should give you 143, not 147. That's why the numbers don't seem to add up for you.

Cool, thanks. I can't check any of that myself because I'm capped on DE XPs.

How very odd... I wonder why the small and relatively insignificant change. And what else is different now?

At Intermediate Droid Blueprints, you can either keep on crafting MSE or you can switch to Manipulator Arm Package Sets. The Manipulator Arm Package Sets require 65 metal, 18 ferrous metal, 60 extrusive ore, and 15 chemical. They net 331 XP while in practice mode and 316 XP while producing an item in your inventory. If you chose the Manipulator Arm Package Sets route, it will take 203 successful builds to make it to Advanced Droid Blueprints or approximately 14300 metal,3960 ferrous metal, 13200 extrusive ore, and 3300 chemical. If you chose to stick with the MSE grind it will take you 458 successful crafting sessions and approximately 26500 metal and 7500 chemcial to advance to the next level. You will want to trainExpert Droid Blueprints, in order to find the next fastest way to progress.

As a heads up, these deliver 115 xp per unit in practice mode now .

Yes very odd because you use your calculations 1.05 * (2 * resources) you will get 142.8 for mse 68 resources. Adv Droid Frame Units will give 462 like its suppose to but in game mse gives 147 what gives?

I wonder if they are changing the xp aquired when we craft and item? Any word on this or is it a silent nerf?
