Thread: You dont have any maintenance capable droids?!?!?!

I also am having trouble with merchant barkers. The merchant Barker modules that I am putting into
Protocol Droids Give me no option to record a message, nor an option to store a WP....can anyone else
confirm this?





Do you have Mechant Advertizing 4 if not it will not work.

Intrepid's Maintance mods are Borked too

I just tested my LE repair droid with maintenance module, It works fine. I was able to add a few new mines, check levels on other structures and then send it on a run to pay maintenance.


No bugs here.


PS. I made this droid the day of the publish and it worked fine then too.

Yep these are definately broken..


I just talked with a DE on Kett and all his ones pre hotfix work, but post do not, lucky me I got post hotfix ones, hehe

The higher the level the less time you have to wait until your droid becomes available to call. Lvl 1 is 1 day 1 hour, lvl 2 is unknown and lvl 3 is 15 minutes.

Actually, several times now (in high-focus threads). They should know...but I haven't heard an update otherwise on the status of this.

If the worst bug that comes from the publish is that Maint. droids don't work for a few days, I'd say we got off pretty well to be honest.

Hehe I can only agree with you here. All in all the publish went pretty well, and I'm sure this problem will be fixed soon too.

I had a non-customer (that is, they bought their droid off the bazaar from someone else) send me a /tell today asking how the entertainer effects mods worked. I sent him an email explaining -- he didn't see the option to get it working on the droid radial menu. So now it looks like the entertainer effects mods aren't working either.


/sigh


Guess I'll log on my doc alt & do some hunting instead of spending today crafting till they figure out what the heck is going on and FIX it.

The user of an Entertainer Effects module-enabled droid has to be a Novice Dancer or Musician (or higher).

If they are just an Entertainer currently, they will notbe able to access the Effects features (until they get to Dancer/Musician).

TK, can we get some kind of ETA or at least acknowledgement fromthe Dev's on this? This is somewhat ridiculous. A major publish comes along, they break one of its key features within 24 hours of the time it goes live, and nearly 3 days later they haven't even said a word?


At the very least: can you tell us whether or not they even know that the structure maintenance modules arebroken?
