I just want to add my name to the list of non-DEs that support y'all; I am already a DE customer, and I look forward to the day when you will have a lot more to offer. This game needs more Star Wars in it, and droids are one of the best ways to get that feeling. Good luck!

Take note Devs, 3 pages and not one single person saying that anything that was said is not true or wrong in any way.

Great post Sintrosi

I think its great that you could put that harsh and angry feeling that we have into a formal post...Hopefully this gets through their thick skulls...

Yet another DE that totally agrees with Sintrosi's post. Thank you ma'am. /tip hat

One of the things that upsets me most in this game is when I look at weaponsmiths and armorsmiths and I see the endlessl amount of credits they have rolling in because they have a commodity that people want over and over again. It is just mind boggling the amount of credits they make as a crafter. I look at my fellow DE's who are struggling in some cases to make ends meet. It sure would be nice if we could craft something that people would want.

Right now I make just as much off my many droid battery sales that I put up on the bazaar as I do off my droid sales that I make off my vendors. That is just not right.

Lets hope our crys quit falling on deaf ears.

Excellent work as usual, Sintrosi. You've captured the state of the profession extremely well.

I applaud Sintrosi.

When I first joined SWG I dreamed of droids. That dream was smashed by SOE. Maybe some day they will fix it. I own a post nerf probot and a R2 unit. Both have crafting stations in them. I wish I could own some form of combat droid, so I can do what my friends do with their panthers.

This is StarWars,........or atleast I thought it was.

I hope you guys get fixed, some day. No, I am not talking about THAT fix, just game fix .

Sin, that was one hell of a post.

I just started this profession in an effort to help out my guild to bring in more profit. But, after spending 3 weeks on this profession, I am only 1/1/0/1. I decided to spend a few moments checking our company ledger to see how much we sold in reguards to droids. Last month we barely sold 100,000c worth and that was mostly bounty hunter droids. This is sad compaired to the gross income of my company. As of today, I am dropping the profession because it is so damned useless. I may pick it back up if they make this profession at least one tenth of what it is portrayed to be in the movies. One tenth is all I ask, and it would be the coolest thing in the history of mmorpgs. Right now this elite profession should be pulled out of the game and completely reworked. It has to be the worst artisan profession that I have come accross in this game.

Near the beginning of the post, where you listed our beginner's bugs, you forgot another that added to our uselessness: Item storage didn't work. People were loosing important items left and right, and it still took them over 2 months to fix it.

And now, item storage is too limited to be worth the money to get it most of the time. Sure, you could put it in a cheap MSE ADV, but that space could easily be taken up by a more useful droid (such as another probot to throw at them while you run).

Just thought others might want to know the full extent of our plight
