Hesitantly agree to variant 4.
While opposed to DE becoming the new CH "dabbler" profession, and one of the so-called "pure crafter" DE's, I am even more opposed to the lack of droids in a Star Wars environment.

I also agree. It's the best plan I've seen to date.

I like 4 the best, but will go with whatever the majority wants.

Better than No combat droids. Not as good as 'Distributed Hybrid 'dabbleable' Cert' (in sig)

I dont want to require a combat profession, Nor master artisan to start the cert.

I think a Limited cert shouldstart from arts E4 /novice DE, with no other requirement. I think the perk in Arts and MDE should be additive. More option for dabblers.
