I don't think there will be a problem getting people to help out on this. If SOE is really interested in getting help to fix this great profession, you can count me in. I would love to see 20 or more DEs sitting around Coronet knocking out droids and testing them out. I ask all DEs to help out.

Anyways, give me a buzz and let me know when and where and I will be there with crafting tools in hand.

I am glad most of the other DE's are very enthused by this post and are taking great heart from it. I am glad they can keep a positive attitude with it. Forgive me for maybe being cynical, or possibly reading the statement wrong, but all I took TH's comment to mean was that the devs, after 4 long months of completely ignoring the DE issues, have finally looked at the posts of the outstanding issues and the "document" they are passing around is simply a list of what the players have said are broken. Please correct me if this assumption is wrong TH. I would truly love to hear that there is an actual real document with real changes/fixes/imrpovements for DE's. Please share with us some of these changes if that is the case. Otherwise, I will have to continue to believe that all you have is acknowledged that the devs have ignored us for 4 months and are just now looking at the DE issues.

Not to be thread crapping or anything, but...

This is at least the third time I've read that those threads have been read by the Dev's and they're going to do something!

I'm sorry, I'm a little sick and tired of reading that the same thread has been recognized.

It's been 4 months since release, tell me that something is going to be done. No more reading.

I'll explain my previous post a little bit since it is a little harsh. I don't know you Thunderheart, I hear you're a good guy, but quite honestly what you posted is too little too late IMO.

I've spent months selling apologies with every droid. I've spent months watching note after note on boards like Pistoleers and Critter Handlers, and watched things go into patches for them. On at one occasion giving CH's something DE's were told was too powerfull. I spend literally hours of time running across planets to find resources to make things that are overall useless. I see no Developer correspondence, I see my Profession correspondant frustrated. I'm tired of having half my @tells someone offering their condolences for my profession at some point in the conversation.

And what was said here tonight is the exact same thing that's been said previously.

I'm not going to get excited about it anymore. I want to see a plan, I want to see what's going to be implemented. It's been 4 months, if there isn't a plan by now, then it's very, very, clear that we've been outright ignored, entire expansions are written in that same time period.

I can't let my hopes get up again. We've been burned and ignored too long. "In discussion" means exactly ZERO. But maybe we'll get lucky now with an advocate on the inside.

Oh yeah, I have (not including Sintrosi) What I understand to be thehighest skilledDE on Test Center with all the materials and equipment and structures ready to go. I pulled up stakes a little over a month ago and went to a Live Server out of frustration at the DE situation.

If you would like, PM me and we'll work out a time to meet on Test and I'll help you all I can. Everything is in the bank, just waiting to be deployed.
