Here's what I've gathered:
1. Wear backpack.
2. Stand next to personal craft station.
3. Put toolbelt on.
4. craft your item.
5. once finished crafting, put back pack on.
When did I takethe backpack off? and what does the above steps let me do, where a toolbelt and a backpack at the same time?
That sounds more like an exploit if we are not suppose to be able to wear a backpack and toolbelt at the same time...
you got it. i think i need to take writing classes because no one can ever understand what the heck i am talking about.
Just to let you know the droidsmith toolbelt is a looted 3-use schematic and the Tailor will need a droid reconstuction kit A, plus 2 identical heavy clasps (looted) to make each one in addition to other resources the tailorwill have. And the toolbeltsare listed in the bandolier sub-catagory under clothing.

An interesting note: I've used a D kit for the toolbelt and it works fine. No additional bonuses, though.
