There's just not enough information available to us to make a decision like this.

I understand your point. However, if you didn't want to give a basic "Yes" or "No" answer, it would have been nice to simply abstain.

I'm trying to keep it simple here.

You and I know that the answer is more complex...but I just want to make sure that the Devs understand our feelings on the basic premise of the poll.

I'd have to assume that your vote on this issue is: "Kollos abstains."

NO!! Think about Star Wars!!Is Luke a Droid Handler? c'mon!! I'm a DE! I want to build droids.. and if they make a COUPLE sophisticated droids only we can use..FINE! but not a Droid handling profession, its ridiculous!! and it threatens continuity! it makes great characters like r2d2 and c3po into stupid toys!

Droid Handler Profession - NO!!
Droid Certificates specific to other Professions - YES!

We do not need a completely new profession for Droid Handling. Expecially when it will be a generic CH ripoff. Just give different professions different certificates for different droids.

i.e.allow Smugglers to be certified with a slicing kit installed on Astromechs, or Commandos have a certificate to use bomb kits to make there droids into walking bombs.
