Geeze, I really need to slow down 
I was actually refering to Scratchen, then I went back and reread his post (slower this time) and realized there IS no file, just an email alert. My appologies

It turns out that my list and Straker's list were already in sync, so that's nice.
Just to clarify - all I need is your email address if you want to sign up, and you get the updates twice a day (just saying what's changed).
I'm finding it really useful, and the data for other professions is slowly coming together too.
