Well, it's been good to have you around Sin. You've done a fantastic job and you will be missed.

I still don't want your position as correspondant because it becomes a target of frustration for the rest of the profession, but if given the position, I'll do whatever I can to keep this profession moving.

Thanks for all the effort on behalf of DEs, Sin. I'm leaving the game for the same reasons.

Good luck to Gorantoth or whoever is the next correspondent.

Yes. I think anyone who visited this forum knew this day would come.

Actually I hope it would come sooner not because you are bad coresspondant, far from it, I think you are one of the best (behind our Doctor Corr Zarlor who is also swapping out to greener pasture of medic) and considering the cesspool of profession you are stuck with, I felt it isn't healthy for ANYONE to be a corr to such profession for long.

And I guess after reading the recent developers reply I knew this day was coming mighty fast since everyone here been waiting for great news for so long, so very long and when we finally got the answer, we are told we will be given a combat droid that will be merely equal to future Non-CH pet, which is nurfed version of current Non-CH pet. And that we can compete with these non-CH pet if they finally give us way to heal them droids in combat.

All I can say is you sure deserved this break and I pity the poor soul who will have to step into your shoes since next couple of patch will not likely to bring much joy but lot of hard questions that would not be fun to answer.

Anyway good luck with whatever you are upto and thanks for all your work, it has been much appriciated if not by the Dev, then by us for sure.

And hope we see you in few months when space-expansion come out.

You by far have been one of the most patient and detailed correspondants I have seen. Heck back in the day I petitioned for correspondant when they came up with the idea, but they prolly saw my posts of frustrations

Reguardless, you did very well while serving the community. Unfortunately SOE hasn't given us Star Wars...

Heck I watched Star Wars 2 today, and all the droids in the movie just made me sick.... THEY ACTUALLY WORKED, and even more so they were a FREAKING ARMY. not to mention the little flying droid that tried to assasinate the senator.

I myself have been fighting surrendering DE since the probot nerf, but have stuck it out, Heck I was first Master DE on Bloodfin, and still hold that title... How often do I make droids? Been about 3 months since I have made one, I usually just have other DEs make me droids to stock on my vendors, just because, well, I am so burnt out, and trying to explain to people what droids can do, how modules work, what the medical rating means, why droids don't have power meters, why droids SHOULD cost alot more than people pay for them, and so forth.

So, I hope you have fun playing your new MMO, SOE is truely losing $$ from their desire to be a Pok'e'mon game more than a star wars game.... I wonder how George Lucas thinks they are implementing things?

Vain promises of WE ARE DOING STUFF, but can't give you an ETA, is WAY WAY WAY too common from devs to Droid Engineers.

ok I will shudda-up before I start laying into SOE, and thats why i would prolly make a bad correspondant because I can't stand this indignity they have imposed upon my profession.
