Thread: TH: We want our promissed thread
To those saying Drashk knows why can't he tell us. So lets say they tell Drashk to go ahead and release the info he has, then something comes up, and things get delayed or changed, you will be even more pissed off than you are about this overdue thread that TH promised. They are taking the advice of some and not spilling any beans or making promises they can't keep.

I'm not all that upset really, but in all honesty, somebody at SOE needs to be chastised for the content of that "Droid Invasion" announcement on the main page. That announcement is the root of the problem in this case, and SOE deserves every iota of criticism for not even coming close to delivering on the content of that announcement.
To put it simply: onedoes not announce the existence of discussion threads in a major announcement on the main SWG websiteif those threads do not exist yet. It's that simple.I'm perfectly fine with delays because of other more pressing issues. The problem is, thatwhen evaluated in that light of such delays,it is absolutely clear that the content of that announcement was just plain stupid in the first place.
Please, pass this on to whomever it may concern: the next time SOE wants to announce athread for thediscussion of an upcoming development item, create the discussion thread FIRST. And if you can't, then do not make the announcement of the thread's existence at all.
That simple practice alone will come a long way to renewing some faith amongst the community.
