Thread: An update nothing exciting.

/sigh...I knew there wouldn't be anything for us in this patch, but a fishy can hope can't he?
we did get one thing in this patch
Droid Engineer
Destroyed droids and incapacitated pets will auto-store if not quickly revived.
Fine work,
and BTW Sin did state that even if the Experiment points were fixed that they would be useless.
However lets get things fixed, it would be nice just to have the old way working without problems before they re-balance the class...

Yes but if the devs want a list of the 5 things we want fixed right now, and one of them is already fixed then all the other professions will get 5 things looked at while we only get 4 things looked at...
Just doesnt seem an efficient use of our devs time if we're demanding one less thing for him to fix
Thats ok, by the time they get past number one, the bug fixes, our top five will probably have changed a dozen times anyway

While we all await that fine day next July when all of our bugs are fixed, can I get you pop over to the DE Focus Thread #1 (skill tree) and post your thoughts?
I'm kind of reticent to want to continue the series since I don't think anything good/constructive has come from it yet. The only way that it will actually generate good discussion is if the focus is 'pressed'. I think you could do a lot to drive that...
Besides, you have to have something to do while we all wait for patch day strangeness to abate.

Still poisoned,
3.) Why buy a Surgical droid and put a level 6 med module in it when you can put that module into a mouse droid? Modules should scale up with the droid chasis. i.e. Mouse droids should only be able to hold level one modules, Protocol droids, surgical droids .. level 6. Also Medical modules should only go into Surgical Droids. Give some of the droid chasis inherent functions as well. I know you all had this in beta but we want it back. See above post. an R2 unit should have slicing built in ...etc.
There's only one thing that I have to comment on here. For inherent functions, instead of it being just automagically granted, have the module for an 'inherent' function required in the schematic. Much like the protocol chassis is now a required component of the shuttleport. I can't see them giving us inherent functions without the modules being present.
