I can't name him?

Heretofore - the list of names includes Paladin, Providence, Buddy, brother, aide, peacemaker, and on and on,

but my CM 'toon just took another and the normal sequence (train 4 commands with the name preceding) DOESN'T WORK!!

What Happened? is this another Patch problem/ Anyone else having this problem?

Er, first was an R2 combat droid named, well, "Artoo".

Then an R3 droid with all crafting statiosn named, um, "Crafty".

OK, so it wasn't that imaginative.

My newest droid is a medical/surgical droid I'm trying to name "Thready" (as in thready pulse), though some weird bug is making him pick up his name as part of the command rather than actually naming him. Still looking into this.

I don't think that you can name any of the bipod Droids atm.

Err well I named my droid "Annoying-Beeping-B****ard" (yes without the stars) mainly because he wouldn't shut up. Grrr I wish they'd make it so you can shut them up. /forceRemovePCspeaker

My DE's droid is called "Dalek" and his attack command is "EXTERMINATE!", he's great at clearing lairs for my harvies /pet

HOW DO YOU NAME TEH DROID? I HAVE NO CLUE HOW TO DO THIS. COULD SOME PLEASE WRITE OUT THE PROCESS OR REFER ME TO A LINK. THANKS

EVERY DROID DESERVES A NAME!! SORRY FOR THE CAPS MY WIFE SPILT SOME MANDO WINE ON TEH KEYBOARD.

when you program your droid, put the name you want infront of at least 5 commands.

Example:

artoo attack or artoo follow

Slave 1 group

in fact i have all of them programmed like that, do you think the I in Slave I could be preventing this?

i think it would prevent it. i believe it needs to be one word. not sure if it works, but try using a -.
