That's not strictly true, in the EU I remember Jawa's being used on a smuggler / asteroid base in one of the books and anything that let's them 'bend' continuity to allow Jawa's as a playable race it isa good thing

Please, don't get me started on continuity issues when it comes to SWG... 
The continuity card is not a playable card anymore... hasn't been since 2 weeks into Beta.

Sorry but I have to disagree with you Pooka - Just because the devs have had to make some design decisions that bent/broke continuity doesnt means we should ignore the continuity from that point onwards
The continuity _is_ what makes this game Star Wars

back in bata it was asked for big time sothe devsdiscused with the bata testers& lucasbut was desided that it had.
A: to few options
B: george said only on Tat.
So thay made a press releass to the bata testers that jawa would never be playable
(Thats how i remeber it any how)
