I must admit I have looked, and even playedffor a little bit, some alternatives including Eve, Anarchy Online, WoW and Guild Wars and even though they have things going for them in their own rights they 'just aren't SWG'.

I have actually cancelled my accounts now so am going to just coincentrate on RL for a bit. I have friends who still play so will keep updated as to changes, and will still peruse the forums occassionally to see what the DE community is upto, but unless something drastic happens then I doubt I'll b back.

Thanks for all your input though, do appreciate the opinions of those who have chosen such a greast profession.
