I think a more realistic color fading system would be on order for both droids and vehicles. If you let you droid or vehicle decay to a certain point (another good reason for player city garages) then the paint job fades a certain amount. I know this game isnt RL butpeople who takes good care of their stuff, polishing etc, have nice looking stuff, even if it's old. My Dad's 67 GTO looks like it just rolled off the show room floor. He just took care of it.
