Waiting for patch 8 here.... to decide if I'm going to drop this game and all future SOE games, forever.

I'm dropping DE. Too much work and i'm too confused.

Gonna blast out a bunch of stuff for later save some money for armor then delete this character and start all over with a fighter. Seems like the only way to have fun without having to worry about finances.

I wasn't a publish 7 "holdout", but I might begin selling back
DE skills soon.

The realization hit me that I am using a huge chunk of my skill points
on a profession that has the following useful products:

The R3 droid.
Seeker droids (only useful to BH. Not myself or 90% of the other players)

Some list, huh? OK, I could add the probot and the LE repair droid
since they are at least a mildly sucky combat tank.

What a waste of F'n points.

You see, I'm staying a DE just because of stuff like this. I figure if people keep droping DeE at this rate I should be the only one on my server soon. Atleast by the next patch.

I feel for all of you DE's. Please head over to my post and voice your opinions if you think this will help. I truely believe this idea will make DEs and their customers happy. We need the devs to look at this post and consider it too:
