I don't have a contact or reference name for you. I suspect that working with an in-game CSR is your best bet for now.

I'll continue to push this on the Corr. boards and see if I can get someone to peep the situation for ya...

That's the best I can do for now.

Probably best to read it yourself, before determining that resolution. I thought it was full of great complements and sympathy personally.

Yea...I read it. I think Garva had to lock it, personally. It was getting too flamey. It's not uncommon when tempers flare.

However, the good news isI reposted the thread on shadowfire, and a Scout Correspondant replied to it. DeltaXi65 stated that he confirmed the "names in red" had read my post, and or at least are notified of the problem. It is great to know that the developers at least are aware of the issue.

Yup. I can state with 100% certainty that they are now aware of your particular situation. I do not know what the outcome will be though.

This is very good news indeed! Also GarVa confirmed seeing my post on the correspondant forum, and I feel that perhaps without your post forwarding, it might not have ever got recongition.

I wanted to thank you again for helping us out on this. Much respect to you.

Well, no ones as much as I how frustrating this must have been. If I'd have had this happen to me when we made our helm, I'd have tossed my monitor through my window.

I'm glad I could help get things resolved. Hopefully, you'll all get the parts back if nothing else.

I saw JustG's post on shadowfire. The replies to the thread were so disappointing, i havn't even bothered to reply.

On the other hand, there are some small technical issues I might be able to help the developers troubleshoot this incident. I don't know if you can forward these statements, but this is some misc information that might be of use.

- the master droid-engineered was aggro'd during the door unlock process

- the master droid-engineer died while on the first ramp

- the team itself entered the room before the master droid-engineer

- the door message lagged to the engineer (which is why some of the group entered first)

- during the crafting process, one of our group members recieved a system message saying something like "give targetinvalid" .. it was not that exact message, but something similar (Tra'vus was the one that got the message).. He believes it was attempting to target him as a mando dropoff.

- when the master droid engineer died, he went to a loading screen (thought he was cloning).. then reappeared in the forge. As i stated, he never moved.. just stood there

- People who died in the forge, when cloned, reappeared in there as well. After about 15 minutes or some, they finally cloned correctly

- I stood next to the forge for roughly 6 hours praying i would get my helmet ... only a server reboot ejected me.

Hope that helps.

Copied/ Pasted to the appropriate Corr. board thread.

No worries.

I will say that it sounds like you guys suffered from extreme lag. That might well account for many of the points you talk about here (including the fact that it never got your "Use" messages from trying to operate the Forge).

Ok tk... more bugs for ya.This second set is based on not being able to make a full set of mandalorian armor. At this point, because of this next bug, a person if capable of crafting a single peice of armor is neglected to craft a second peice due to a mission bug.

- When going back to the miner to get more Alum mineral, the guy will say ..

"Good to see you my friend. I was able to secure more of the this ore for you. .. check back blah blah"

The problem is, he doesn't give you any more. Sure he secured some, but it was not deposited in my inventory. ( this was not done the same day as the mando helm).. Repeating conversation will remain the same response.

- The vent mission that is given where you craft a rebreather, the droid you follow randomly turns around.

- The bench where you craft a modified rebreather does not properly socket the "Enhanced filter" into the rebreather. Thus no new rebreather is made

They should hire me to find bugs O_o hehe

Solution found:

Let your frustrations out on a miner... it fixes the bug.
