you couldnt be more wrong
Open your planetary map and click on hospitals or med centers (however its listed)
You search for doctors the same way you would search for a vendor.
You will then see a list of all the hospitals with doctors currently registered in them! 
SEE you didnt know that! And do you know why?
Because a doctor WILL NOT stay in a medical center! BECAUSE it is more effective to EXIT the hospital to buff/heal.
Once a registered doctor steps outside the medical center his location is cancelled from the planetary map.
ALL WE ASK is that when we pull out our 110 droid INSIDE a 100 medical center is that we get the 110 rating INSIDE the building so we can remain inside andregistered and so people can see we are there. (see doctor top 5 issues it made #5)
