I could have sworn that a few red names laid this to rest and stated that Day(or was it Night) won hands down.

The debate was: "Day vs. Night".

It's been pretty clearly shown (over and over) that Dusk, Sunset, Sunrise and "Twilight" are NOT options and would require massive rework of core game systems.

I thought especially you would know that by now. Sheesh.

I've kept an eye on it. They never stepped in to give us an answer. Where's the communication?

They can't even address this one little issue?

What's next? Exploding Sunglasses? Night Vision goggles that need batteries ever 5 minutes?!?

Night is imbalanced and should never have been part of the game. Day!

Night brings a decisive advantage when used in combat. So does that mean we have to use skill points to use night?

Why do you see it as a disadvantage? I like the "not being seen" part.

No one is saying that Night will require skill points (yet) but....we have yet to hear from a red-name on that issue.

What is this "day" you speak of? Is it in any way associated with the bizaar light that happens outside while there is nothing good on TV?

OMG I just remembered the thread you are referring to, TK. We went on for a while debating this. LOL.

I think night ended up being nerfed because it threw the balance out of whack...
