I've had a near Master Artisan on TC for about one and a half years now, but I never really did to much. At one stage my guild got together on TC, but that didn't last.
With double XP, I might try again. Would there be a BLL parts bin we could dip into?

Once I can free up more lots, and juggle around a good spot to drop the industrial complex, I will fire up the factories to run BLL parts. There are a few 100ks of Steel needed for their construction, so that shouldn't be a problem. A few people have donated the Powerless HarvesterDeeds, so we will have a few less involved Harvesters that I can place in due time.
As for the amount of time that people can participate....
If each person can offer at least 1-2 hours per month on Test Center, either during sponsored events, or testing phases, the city will been a success. I feel that nothing but good can come out of a few members of the DE community coming together on occasion to just blow off steam, shoot the breeze, have a build pow-wow, or get out latent frustrations by scouring the Corellian earth of all living creatures.

Character development, or lack of, is completely up to you. I will soon have all of the crafting professions covered, in order to help out with any crafted good needs. Its just going to take me some time before I am able to release goods for people to use in the testing/playing process.

If you already have toons on TC, from a previous visit, chances are you will have a free respecs that you can use.
If anybody is interested, I'm hanging out with Questor at the Hall right now, so I can help anyone set up in the city. I should be around for another few hours.
I will more then likely be doing the same through out the rest of the week and the weekend, for those that wish to join up.

I don't have any characters on TC, but will be creating at least one to work on DE this weekend
