I'm on Starsider as well... Maybe I should Email ya to see and get more info.

I *still* haven't received any Messages from Wynn. Thus as far as I can tell, we have *NO* DEN/DEA contact on Starsider.... *sighs*

Complete justice is posting his name for all to see, especially on the server forums, but of course in a very professional manner. And you can top if off with posting the screenshots. No one that reads them will do business with him, nor will they help him, and a lot of vicious people (like myself) would probably message him. Humiliation would drive him out.

If he's trying to scam you for less than 100K or even less than a million, this guy has no life. That's pretty petty to me. Too bad you can't sentence him to a jail like the one on Talus for a couple months. LOL.
