In that case for me then, I might have to reinvestigate as a bug.

I have several droid names that I use : "Pro" for my probot and "Crafty" for my R3 crafting droid. At certain times I have renaming both of these droids to something else and have never been able to do it.

Initially when I thought it was a problem I actually went so far as to delete all droids from my datapad tame (as it was then) a new one, name him "Pro" and then try and rename him "Crafty". Both are names I know are acceptable by the filters and I have never succeeded.

I guess I just assumed you couldn't do it and never thought any more about it, but maybe i was bugged !
