Yup, you guys were right. I suck lol! Man I must have hit every snag there is to hit in this profession. Once I was able to make repair droids, I thought ALRIGHT!!! and made one. Then I realized that my repair droid needed a repair module inorder to repair stuff. I think I will keep him anyways cause the thing is so **edit** dopey lookin. Whip that puppy out in a crowd of people and it certainly draws attention lol! Of course now I can finally make probots, but I cant until extrusive ore is spawned on the Naritus server which I havent seen in a month at least. I cant find any in the whole galaxy.
There is a silver lining however...I made and sold a seeker droid for a thousand bucks. It sold the day I made it which is cool!
My other profession is fencer so I seem to really gravitate to the painfull professions. However, have you seen a wookie fencer/droid engineer? I think not!
I'm glad you have it worked out! There is a very steep learning curve in this profession. I was fortunate enough to be a master artisan for quite some time before I made DE. This is when I learned about all the rules of crafting and such. In fact, it was my artisan items (weapon powerups to be precise) that paid my tuition, which is what I called my grind expenses.
