MANF_ERROR_7 means that the factory's output hopper can't hold the item that is being produced.

There is a known bug that artificially lowers the output hoppers size of factories slowly over time. No one seems to know what causes the output hopper to get smaller, but once the size has lowered it cannot be fixed. One of my factories is currently at 59 and the other is at 72. Note that both of them still claim to have capacities of 100 - it's an internal error that doesn't display. The only way you'll know that your factory has been affected is if you accidentally hit the artificial limit some time.

As for this speeded up deterioration, I haven't noticed it. I normally keep 15-20 days of maintenance in my factories, though, so I could easily lose 3-5 days and not notice simply because I only have to tend to them rarely anyway.

I have been a MDE since last fall. At Thanksgiving I went away for10 days, with 3 weeks of time in my equipment factory. It destroyed itself 4 days after I left, with all the appropriate gmails. I was completely wiped out... all my minerals were in the factory, so all my schematics were dead also. I got no response from SOE for 2 weeks, sending in bug reports, contacting SOE directly, ranting, raving, etc. I even had screen shots of the input hopper from a week before, so could show very rare materials (like 80 milkfound the hard way), and show there was money in the factory. Proof didn't seem to matter.

Evenutally a CSR responded that this was a rare bug, but since they had no tools to verify what materials I had in my harvester at the time nothing could be done... not even a new harvester or money. I was asked to send in all the details to a specific Dev email address, but have never heard anything. I even specified admin tools that CSR's should have to evaluate such claims, like seeing if specific minerals or large quantites of materials had disappeared from the server that day. That's why they do backups every night. But CSR's do not apparently have access to the backups...

Anyway, I pretty much didn't play for 2 months. Needless to say I leave very little in my factory now as I know the bug has not been fixed since it comes up every couple months. I too believe it occurs at around update tiime, and it also seems to correlate to not playing for a few days...
