So a Priest, a Rabbi, and a bear walk into a bar. The bear then eats the Rabbi and is subsequently accused of antisemitism.

When asked of his motives, the bear then ripped the face off the interogator. After all we are talking about a bear.

In court during his arraignment, as he was asked to plead, the bear went on a rampage and ate 3 and a half jurors, and it took 4 bailifs and Steve Erwin pacify him.

10months and 2 mistrials later the bear was found guilty of manslaughter, having narrowly averted murder of the 1st degree.

However the defense plans to appeal.

Meanwhile the bear wastes away in Chino mens prison in solitary. Hetosses buttons torn from his uniform into the dark, and spendshours on end searching for them on hispaws andhind paws.

He wonders to himself, ashe is allowed to pace the quad his first time outside in3 months, whyif clouds are made of water, do they floatso high in the air, and that if bears are made of 79% water, why he cannot do the same.

The end.

I've been a MDE for about five months now, and I enjoy being a DE. I get people who are bummed about not getting decent combat droids, but I specialize in probots and surgical droids out of my shop and business is great! I even do a little fencing on the side while my factories are churning away...

Hi, my name is Iree, and I'm a happy Rodian, although you wouldn't know it to look at me as I'm rather blue. Yesterday, I sampled some radioactives by hand, and turned into a Blue Glowie . . .

Modules are my life, Modules are my friend, modules are . . .EEEK! Peers around at all the people looking at her funny . . .

Hey! Yet another happy droid engineer here!

I was browsing the Coronet bazaar the other night andwas about to log because I was getting called to dinner, when I get the familiar tell, "Can you make me a droid?" I end up staying on and selling him a Surgical with 110 Medical and Food/Chem crafting. Explain how and when to use batteries, etc. Last thing the customer says is, "Thanks, man! I've been looking for a droid for a week!"

I finally make it to the table and eat my cold dinner by myself....but I'm still a happy droid engineer!

Hey, I love being a DE - but i am tired and frustrated that it always seems that SOE doesn't love any of being DE's. But hey, I love my Droids and i will fight to make them better for as long as i play this game. And by fight i don't mean complain, whine, cry or spam. (yes a few past posts appear this way, and i am sorry - but at the time Pub 7 had just come out and i was pretty bitter.)

well said,

IMO I think us DE's are a top profession in the game and in turn we need to be tops our selves......

Why don't we all make a deal and wait for a bit......I have high hopes for publish 8... Hey just getting the new mods sounds good to me so I can start selling more droids to the chef and entertainer professions....

I also would bet my left nut that when the space expansion comes out droids will be a crucial part in it......

Hi My name is Rekea And Im a happy Droid Engineer.

I may not be A MDE as of yet but I love makeing Droids so much that I don't sell very many. I give em' away to friends and Guild mates who ask. And the ones I do sell I get lots of complements on my hard work. I couldn't leave being a DE if I had too.

Hello out there,

I love being a MDE or as I refer to it ...being a toy maker. I ge tso much business that I take the tag off my toon so I can spend more time playing. I love to get through an entire droid crafting session with nothing but great and amazing successes <thanks to a few swigs of bespin port> and I love to have my friends get all excited when I deliver and customize their new droid. I truly do not understand the current complaints about making droids, the entire droid making system is so complex that people should be in my opinion, more grateful for the time spent by the devs creating such a deep profession. It is getting improved just like everything else in the game and changes keep coming. why would you give up your subsrcription whenI have personally been on to see at least 3 major patches since Thanksgiving? It's obvious the devs are working hard on our game. Lets all try to be a little more patient and just have fun with what we have.

Hello. My name is Karlie Okota, and I have been a very happy droid engineer for almost one year. I am devoted to my little mechanical friends, even with their gremlins. Every one of my utility droids is finished by hand to give them the very best start in their electronic life. Not once have I ever thought about starting another profession, and hope I never will.

Kaldeth here.

For the longest time I have been wanting to be a crafter. A maker of items if you wish. Combat is not for me. I face my dangers infront of a crafting station or out surveying for better resources.

I took up the struggle with Droid Engineering quite early, but I was unable to substain my profession. Being poor and only able to afford personal harvesters and a small house I had to chose another path. It wasn't only being unable to afford bigger harvesters that made me make this change but I also lacked some resources that I couldn't find with my trusted Survey tool.

Time passed and I tried various things, even combat. but my heart always lay in crafting. One day I figured. "Why not give Droid Engineering another try? I have more money now and also a nice collection of medium harvesters at my disposal." Also my guild lacked an active Droid Engineer. Said and done, I toiled by my tool, I studied the schematics and I learned the secrets of the skill. I found that I enjoyed making droids of variation.

Today. I am taking myself up from the hole I was in. I was upset. I was angry. I felt like throwing something hard on someones head and hear what sound it would make. But I didn't. I got a tell. Someone wanted a droid. I got another tell, and another. I got questions from my guild members about droids.

My sales today are slightly higher then before. It makes me smile to think that the path ahead will get lighter. We are exiting the dark forest and the trees aren't quite as dense anymore.
