It should be under the program command list somewhere.
You need to program it to attack and then type(or /tellpet) what command you want it to use to attack.
In the past Probots have been known to have inherent combat ability (aka ability to attack without having any combat modules installed). So no matter what you should be able to have them attack.

This is misleading, should probably be fixed.
When you first get ANY combat droid (AFAIK) if you look in the Data Pad, you wont see an attack command there.
However, if you click on the droid under the Radial menu, you will see "program," select that, then in there you will see "attack," then simply set what you want the command to be.
Now the attack command will be show up in your datapad as well.
