I had to add to this....
I made a Combat Module of 107 recently
Placed them in a ADV Probot and got a very nice 535 rating on the Probot!

Im on radiant too,, Got 39 bomb droids 58 R-bombs, 535 Probots, max rated R3's but thats easy : )
Havent tried a harvester in a long long time, but the first i made was 102.. but havent treid again since i got new stuff.. probly hit 108-110
My favorite dorid though is my cool crafter R2's with a DSR module.. Data+storage+repair then i mix and match the last 2, some times dual stations, sometimes med/chem, others are stimpack, crating station.. I now mainly sell R2's with some misc droids,.. and a huge resource vendor, lots less work 10 times the money.. just not as much fun.. but i need a vacation from 18 months of crafting

Some new JTL steel spawned on Intrepid with 998 CD and 995 OQ, and coupled with 929 CD 982 OQ copper and 945 OQ gas, I've been making 117 rating harvest droids, woot

Im quite interested in how you were able to get 550 probots, that would imply you achieved 110 combat rating.
There are only 2 resources in combat modules that quality/cond are required, the third item is a sub. Our best copper is Ynesa and the gas quality never really mattered.

Im on radiant, and have been for along time. Ive managed to come out with litteraly perfect droids, however usualy in limited runs.
about 30, 550 combat rating probots
25, 600 combat rating R3s
both with 99% HAM
Ive also managed 25, 60 Det rating R3s
However my scout droids have always sucked
best ive managed was 106 in an R3

Radiant resources are out of this world.
On Corbantis I've been able to do in my short time:
108 Combat module (542 probots)
107(FINALLY!) Harvestors
9 Det Rating (54 in an R3) - I know others have gotten higher on these on my server.
35/55 stim's (around that...can't recall now)
I can make 98% HAM droids, but that's the best so far using the best chem I've seen.

My biggest point of pride are my Droid stims, 43 charges, 1770 power. Not easy to do.

I'm kinda proud of my 109 rated combat modules, thanks to some 999/999 oq/con copper that spawned right after publish 7. My probots come out with 549 rating. Been making them in crates.
Been making them in crates. My best Ds are only 31 charges, 1802 power though... that's with advanced capacitor and diagnostic circuit.

I'm really really proud of my R3 Stimpack Dispenser Droids : 1 stim per second, 551 charges (never seen better 
)

R3 bomb power 58 only :/
My Droid Repair Kits D were pretty good too, the best i've seen in the galaxy for the moment, can't remember the stats.
My last production of 500 R3 advanced

While I agree that these are all great achievments, they are pretty much server specific and any MDE with the resources can make
At one point the best Adv R3's that could be made on chimera was 599's until some better oq/con spawned which allowed DE's to make 105 modules. But that hasnt improved in the last 6 months :/
Im glad to see loads of peoples claims to fame and would make other people from other servers jealous
ATM best available droids on chimera are:
Capped Adv R3 combat droids with 4477 HAM
525 combat rating probots with 3184 HAM
107 Harvest rating Adv R3's
Can make a survey droid that is 8 uses and 92 quality - which is 18mins 12 seconds (i think) - Still trying to beat the sub 18 min barrier
Not sure on me stim D's but i sell 41 use 1839 1's (might be able to make better if i sat there and tried)
Anyway my favourite/best achievment was making a mando helm in the DWB and there was only 6 of us (including me and no jedi)
Good luck on making better and better droids - lets hope all server get a nice spawn of resources

Just spent an hour trying to make better stim D's with the resource i have came up with:
40 use power 1869
44 use power 1840
46 use power 1816
49 use power 1365
Not sure if thats good or bad but I do like the 44/1840 or the 46/1816's

You mentioned survey droid, so I had to try. Managed a 94/8, which ends up being 17 minutes, 30 seconds.
