Thread: Tolium and detonation chips
true mate, when i was master doctor used poosnanae tolium gas (OQ 900+) in FarStar Server without know that it'd need it now. My only one crate of tolium gas now is OQ 28... detonator power 15 ![]()

I'm finishing a run of R3-C4 droids (as I call them) tomorrow and I'm going to have my MBH alt try one on an NPC just for kicks.
Having an extra 2 experimentation points won't make your detonation modules more powerful. You will max out with 10 points.

Detonation rating is gated on resource quality only. Having more experimentation points won't change that gate. The only thing extra points will do is allow you to recover from a mediocre experiment.
I am using the following to get 58:
80 units of Tolium Gas: OQ 1000
40 units of Copper: CD 925, OQ 967
20 units of Inert Gas: 990
That's with or without using my DE clothes. What's interesting is that if I use copper rated at CD 901 OQ 996 (theoretically better than the copper I an using), I get 57.
(901 + 996)/ 2 = 948.5
(925 + 967)/ 2 = 946
Keep in mind the quality of the Tolium is the most critical since it uses the most out of all three resources. Try different combinations of good CD/OQ metal (non-ferrous? I forget) and see what you get. You want to be able to experiment up to 96%+ to get at least to 58.
