Allow me to esplain why that never made sense to me... If you get the points at some Master Level you are spending Skill points to get something any reasonable person should already be able to use... If it is insisted upon make it optional to recieve "additional" or "suplimental" training costing X amount of BH points to get this one time bonus from the Skill trainer.
