Hey, how come that med center sign isn't stuck on backwards like it is on my house?

This is really excellent news, and is an example of the kind of inter-profession dependencies that can work at high levels. Demand should be low enough that it's not a major impediment to architects doing their thing, but DEs will become a truly necessary ingredient in creating a proper city.

My mistake, someone on TC posted that they had two surgical droids in them. I was going from that. It is possible they changed it though.

True. It might have changed. I can only go on the public photos. I can't get into TC as I keep crashing when I log in, even after taking all the normal precautions

Yep, it's on TC now. I sold 2 Protocol Chassis for Shuttleports.

I checked out a player city med center on TC and they don't have any surgical droids in them, so we aren't technically being screwed over like we originally were on the shuttleports. Of course they can always add them in

Aye, we at least need them in the med center too. This is a symbolic victory of course. Player city droid chasis sales would be small indeed, but it is props for the proffession and makes us needed. Make more droid chasis requirements!

Yep! The CHs are gonna be reeling when they hear this. Imagine what it could do to their already swollen coffers? Especially with the mounts coming out - they're gonna be running scared!

Why do you people get so happy about having chassis' as part of the schematic of a PC 'port? That does NOTHING to help the current state of affairs for the profession.

I'm quite over this lame attempt at placating MDE's (if it was in fact an attempt at all). I want droid FUNCTIONALITY and a reason to log in other than to advance skills in combat or chatting it up with people.

Hell, I can get the same thing from ICQ or AIM... god forbid if I log into EQ and play a game with actual content.

In fact, I just may do that... permanently. Who knows?

Good job on getting this added! Now like someone else just said, you should try yer luck with the Hospital too! hehe

It is nice and it should be there. Anywhere a droid is provided it should come from a DE. But really, how many shuttleports do you think are going to be out there? From what I have seen player cities are hard to place meaning they will be very limited in numbers. Also these are one time sales.

I imagine a rush on them initially, but then back to where we are now.

Now if I can just get more ditanium.
