It's the fact that the higher level schematics still cannot be made. I picked up Architect over the weekend to make the powercore for the Power Droids. Although some of the schematics show up the other ones, where I need to use a Personal Structure Crafting Station anda Structure crafting tool, do not show up.

I tried to use aG/W Tool and the Private G/W station, the Structure tool and Private G/W Station, and G/W Tool and Private Structure Station, none of whichI could see the advanced schematics.
