Thread: Harvest Module Data....Time to crunch some numbers!
If it is a cap, it's not a hard cap, because my 110 Droids are better then my 109's. It's all relative to the skill of the person using it.

Yeah, the number crunchng I did does work with harvest droids that are around 95 or less. Once I start calculating for a droid with a 100 harvest rating or higher, then my expected values always surpass my actual gains. More Master Scout/Ranger data needs to be obtained in order to work this out.
What makes you say that ? Do you have the data ? We can imagine they put a cap, when a droid is over 100, it's reduced to 100. That would be cruel.
Greetings Good Droid Engineers,
I am currently working on the development of just such a table and formula setfor the Ranger Forum having obtained sample droids from Kiho on Kauri (who has been great to work with). I am working with three droids rated at 7, 57 and 116. While my data table is not yet complete, the preliminary results I have been getting differ significantly from the table above at both the high and low end. Not the least of which is that the results shown in these table are all positive, droids with lower harvest ratings are known to harvest less than their owners.
If anyone would be interested in working with me on this project and sharing data please message me here (williemeigs) or in game (Fulton Meigs).

I had two harvest droids with me once, one was 107, the other 109. At novice scout, I didn't see any change in the amount of meat I was pulling from a Fambaa. It could have been so small, that the actual gain was a fraction of a percent, resulting in an insufficient bonus to get the next highest unit of meat. But I think you are right about a possible cap or limit, at least for Novice scout and maybe hunting I.
The hard part with this is finding a creature that can be killed repeatedly and still drop the same amounts of hide/meat/bone. It took me two months to get all my data.
