I don't want to be the wet blanket, but I would like to mention that these new HAMs we are seeing are still on the Test Center. They are subject to change. I'm really hoping to see these new, improved HAMs make it to Live though.

I made a DL 18 LE Repair and a DL19 new Probot (and it only had 4 combat modules).

so who gets to use them? is there going to be a DC or DH or DS (Dip-Sh*t - that's us hehe)?
