Harvester tenders that only pay maintenance?
You have no idea how useful that will be to me. For example lets say I know that my harvestors on this far away planet are at a critical point and about to die, with loads of good resources in the hopper.. but lets say I dont have the time in real life to sit and walk my character to the spot for whatever reason.. This droid will save the problem I have now sometimes (and especially a friend of mine who plays less than me).. by just logging on for a few minutes, tell my droid to maintain it a bit until I have the time to go personally to the extractor.
Yea you could also want to add power and even get the resources for you.. but if they did that, everyone would stay stuck in their houses and practically play the game with automated droids doing all the work.... it would turn out to be just droids walking around theed instead of real people (I exagerate I know but its to make a point)

I personaly have the same feeling, but I'll wait until I tested them in live to actually decide if this patch is good or not.
I do have serious doubt of the usefullness of the stim module because of the pharma 4 requirement more than because of the stim A limitation.
only medic will buy those.
For the harvester module, I'll wait. People that have tested it on TC seem to like it, but people on the board don't see how it'll help more than a basic macro.
For the survey droid, on the paper it looks usefull, if it's not hard to build. If it is, cost vs usefullness will kill it as fast as customization kit.
The maintenance module without power disapoint me a little too. It was a very good oportunity to give utility to the power droid, even by filling it with actual energy ressource.
The barker droid, I think it could really help reduce the spam, but with the adv. 4 requirement, I'm pretty sure it won't change anything, spammer will still there, spamming every 4 seconds, and I will still close my local when I go to coronet.
