Spawns are on a random timer, depends on the resource. Extrusive ore usually hangs around for about 9 or 10 days. 500 people mining it, or 10 people mining it, it doesn't matter.

That may be somewhat true, but spawns are not reported to the site as soon as they are formed. A spawn could be existent for a few days before it ever makes it's way to the site. I hold very little value to what is on the site, unless it is within the last 36-48 hours. Regardless, rare or not - there has been no extrusive ore on the Bria sever for a little over 2 days now.







I am by no means sayingthat there will ALWAYS be an extrusive ore spawn on Bria. There are periods where it is not there. All I am saying is that it will come again, and wont take months like other resources.


The resource sites are only as good as the people who update them, some servers may vary. We have our own Scylla Surveyors guild that updates every planet every day, very useful.

Frikkin' extrusive ore is all over Naritus. There's even been a rash of good quality Lidium (not the quality matters, really) strikes in the past few weeks. I mined that stuff for a while until I just had too much of it. Never thought I'd say that I had too much Lidium...

This is one reason I never liked seeing the arm packages listedas a grind item. Obviously you've wasted more time than you'd save by using them. Yeah it's a pain grinding MSE at that point, but bite the bullet and do it, if you had in the first place, instead of switching to the MAPs and hunting up the ore, you'd be well on your way with barely a hiccough.

I didn't waste much time honestly. I was out of steel at the same time I originally made the post, so I waited over night for my harvesters to collect, and after I got the answer about the MSE's I started grinding them. I finished advanced yesterday afternoon. Working on the next tier now.
