Droid Engineer Archive

Just wanted to drop in and say hello. I just started Droid Engineer last night and I am pretty excited. Thanks to everyone on this board for providing valuable and mature information. Extra thanks to Jenden for allowing me to pick his brain regardless of how silly the question was.

Also I wanted to drop my two cents about the future upgrades and such since I have been reading this forum for a week or so pretty heavy. I have been either working for or involved with MMO's since 1997. One of the things most people become concerned about is drastic changes that effect every characer. There is always the armogedden's coming or paradise found in these types changes amoung the player base. While it may take time for things to smooth out, change is good even when it might be bad. MMO's cannot stay static they must evolve. As these combat changes smooth over then other professions will begin to evolve as well. With the expansion and the movie people will try SWG either again or for the first time only increasing the future of the game. Marketing will get them here and its up to me to convinence them they need a Droid!
