My Stim droids hold about 575 stims and heal very second. That would be hard to transfer over to the new system, but it could be done.

If you are talking PVP, the solution is simple. I kill his Stim Droid while he kills mine Seems fair to me. If you choose not ot use one, that is your choice. If you choose not to wear a helmet, I will choose to hit you in the head.
