As all the knowledgeable helpers seem to be on holiday, or actually have a real life...i can partly help.
You get Veteran status after 100 posts...and this allows you to edit your posts (I think).
I dont know about the rest....but would assume Community Elder is 500+ posts

um u r a veteran and to edit it is under the options which is-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------here(look up)

Thanks! But i've been registered for over 6 months, have over 100 posts and still can't edit

I am not sure about all of the privileges, but I know that to use the edit function you have to get to Veteran, and with Leader, you get Lightsaber Icons, and I think you get the ability to use the "img" HTML tag.
