Thread: Is it possible....
To have a single droid with the max possible storage and:
1. Amax levelmedical module (110 med use), and
2. A max level crafting station, and
3. A max level data storage module
And if not, can any one of 1-3 be combined with the max storage?
Well, crafting modules don't really have levels. They do have an attribute called Mechanism Quality but to max that out would require you to have materials with a Conductivity and Overall Quality both of 1000 (or just an Overall Quality of 1000 if the material is a gas or low grade ore), so that probably won't happen.
That aside, it would be possible to create one droid that has all four crafting modules, maximum storage, and maximum data storage. Without exploiting this would require a Master Droid Engineer making an Advanced R3, having Dioxis Inert Gas, Lidium Extrusive Ore, Neutronium Steel, and Beyrllius Copper.
Whoops! You wanted medical instead of data storage. Still possible.
Again, an advanced R3, this time requiring Lidium Extrusive Ore, Neutronium Steel, and Duralumin Aluminum.

As long as you can experiment well with DE, you can get great product. Last night I made an ADV Protocol droid with armor/food/weapon/struction crafting stations in it. It also had a 110 med rating and 12 items storage rating. Took me a little over an hour to make it all, but for experimenting, i was getting up into the high 80's on experimental durabilty(not 100% sure). So It is very easy to make a desirable droid.
Unfortunately, you also used a well documented bug. By my count, you used at least 6 modules in a droid that only has room for 2.You might want to read the description listed on the module sockets that you placed the the Cluster modules in.They were only intended for single modules and not the cluster modules. Take a look at the top of the page made by Thunderheart. It states in the first answer that this is a bug.
And FYI, the Item storage module only had 10 item storage, which is the cap. The Item Storage Rating and the items that can be stored in a droid are two seperate issues.

original poster didn't specify droid type, you telling me an adv R3 can't do this without a bug? sure it can.
No. A ADV protocol droid has 2 general slots. using the general cluster (can hold 3 sockets in one) I was able to put the 2 general clusters in.
That is the bug that I was refering to. The Advance Protocol droid has 2 Droid Service Module Harness'. General Droid Module Socket Clusters are not intended for use in Droid Service Module Harness'. But don't take my word for it, check out THs post at the top of the forum or the listing on SWGCraft.Com.

Take a look at the Advanced R3 Unit, Advanced R2 Unit, Advanced Surcgical Droid, Advanced LE Repair droid, and R3 unit. All of these droids have slots specificly made for the Cluster Mods. Make sure that you look at the three different sockets on the Adv R2 and you will notice that 2 slots are of one type, the single module harnesses and one slot that is a Cluster mod slot. Until the bug is fixed, the only thing that is stopping people from using this bug to their advantage is ethical behavior. Well that and a bunch of large wookies that roam from server to server ripping the Manipulator Arms off of unsuspecting droids. ![]()
