I cant help you with pricing...that depends on your servers economy (going rate for meat, hide, buffs, food). You need to find out what the average bonus/increase you get with a 114 rating droid. My 105's are getting about 18-20% bonus to harvesting (at least that's what I've be told by my customers) I sell these for 50 to 60k on my server. I think it's a bargain, but they sell very slowly. If you get a 25% bonus (I'm guessing) that would really floor the scout/ranger crowd. You could probably charge whatever you wanted. Eventually, the droids new owner will pay off the droid. From there it's only the cost of batteries.
Just remember to keep a 5 unit crate for yourself (in case you change careers) 
I sell rating 104 (best possible on Naritus ATM) for 50k. Which is cheap. I sell a lot. Other DEs are adjusting to that price.
They are sold for 200 k in high traffic areas near Coronet .. and sell well there too according to some DE colleagues.
I guess the standard price for your rating 114 on Naritus would be 100kish.
People are realizing that the important thing is the ratio between the droid rating and their harvest rating .. so it usually does not matter if the droid is 104 or 114 when you only have harvesting 4 from scout (not that many Master Rangers on Naritus).

I sold about 30-40 of my harvesterson Naritus, with more orders (usually large ones of 5-10) rolling in.
Same with the tank droids, with orders of 5-15 rolling in asPAs try to do the droid horde attack stunt on DWB and Corvette.
I recommend to NOT charge too high prices and SELL in bulk. Sell now ... do not hoard top resources or the window of opportunity to sell droids will be gone.

I never thought about using the "zerg" tactic with droids... I can see how it could work.
This would be fun to watch...20 LE's or R3's attacking at once...although I'd rather see 20 BLL's charge in there (If they could fight)

Copper CD 961 OQ 950
Gas OQ 994
Steel CD 625 OQ 935
Each Cluster is 54, not put two togather yet, so it will be either a 108/109 Droid.
