Thread: What do you mean data modules are worthless? They have a ton of uses...
I use my data storage modules all the time! They work great as a steping stool for getting something down off that high up shelf in the shop. And you can't run bums asking for free droids out of the shop faster, than chucking a data module at them. And the kids love them, customers can bring in their kids and the kids can play building blocks them the whole time the customers are browsing. You should have seen the castle that this one youth built the other day in my shop!
And one of the best things, when you get to level 4 data modules, you can rip the electronic memory module out of it and use it as a coster. No more Jawa beer stains on you work bench! And on busy or lazy summer days, just prop the shop door open with your useful data module. And just the other day, I couldn't get my personal crafting station to sit level, so I just slipa data module under one of the corners and it's fixed!
And for outdoor use, there are just awsome ways to use the data module. You can half bury them face up to make a stepstone path up to your shop. Or use them as bricks to keep in the soil of your flower garden. Nothing brings customers in like a nicely kept flower garden. Do you need a gag gift for that last minute birthday or wedingparty? Well just bring your data module, when the presents are opened you'll be the instant life of the party! Is it close to christmas and the kids are missbehaveing? Just warn them that the Master Jedi Santa might put data modules in their stockings.

Incidentally, I have some Jawa beer stains on my workbench (it's made from 987 Conductivity platinite copper), is there any way to use a data module to scrub the greenish ring of beer-tarnish off of its otherwise gleaming finish?
Maybe a book deal with Martha Stewart would be in order? "Data Modules: Helpful Hints by Martha Stewart". I'm sure she has the time to write it right now.. (ack.. that was low.. my apologies Marty)

That's covered in chapter 7 entitled "Hollowing out the Data Module". Which covers using it as a tissue box or a work rag box and placing it over the stain. Or by using it as a liquid dispenser but you would have to get the cleaning liquid and a dispenser lid from another proffession, probably homemaker, but I'm also looking into seeing if one can effectively be a Jawa beer dispenser butI am having trouble locating a tap ingame.

LOL! So if I made an R3 with 2 cluster modules, packed them full of Linux-enabled data mods, and I named it Beowulf, could I supplement my meager DE income by selling web-hosting?

My Wookiee TKA can throw them at about 110mph from range and do about 2 pts. of damage per hit.

Thank you for your helpful advice. I carefully laid out dozens of data modules as a path to my shop, and am quite pleased with the results.
