Well after recently thinking that I didn't use Carbonite steel for anything, so I used it all in factory runs, I later found out that I DO use it for Surveying Droids. So I made myself a new system for tracking my resources. Figured I would post a version of it here for people who may need some help figuring out what resources they need.
I believe this list is complete, if it is not please let me know. In making the list, I used all the best componants, meaning level 6 items, as well as Advanced componants. So if you cant find a reource listed here, you may be able to make a lower level kind, Conversly, the resources for lower levle things will not be here.
Iaccept no responsibility if something is missing so don't balme me
General Non-Quality Resources
Metal
Ferrous Metal
Steel
Copper
Alluminum
Ore
Chemical
Polymer
Fibroplast
Inert Gas
Amorphous Gemstones
-Note - I reccomend having at least 100k of each of these, 300k is better. It is also a good idea to make these "filler" resources of a type you don't use for anything else, so you don't get resources mixed up.
General Quality Resource The stat that matters will be in parenthesis
Non-Ferrous Metal (OQ, CD)
Metal (OQ, CD)
Steel (OQ, CD)
Copper (OQ, CD)
Aluminum (OQ, CD)
Ore (OQ)
Chemical (OQ)
Inert Gas (OQ)
Reactive Gas (OQ)
-Note - Copper is your #1 best source for high OQ and CD, it can be used for Copper, Metal, and Non-Ferrous. You will use a lot of these, I reccomend getting as much as you can when a good type spawns, if a better spawns later you can always use the old stuff in the "filler" sections.
Named Resources Non-Quality Followed by what they are used in. An (R) means a componant can be replaced with a lower level componant.
Durralloy Steel - BinaryLoad LifterChassis & Armor Modules (R)
Cubirian Steel - Advanced Redundant Power Supply (R)
Ditanium Steel - Protocal Advanced Droid Chasis
Duranium Steel - Binary Load Lifter Chasis
Link Steel Alluminum - Armor Modules (R)
Extrusive Ore - Manipulator Arm Package Set, Probot Chasis
Silicastic Ore - Advanced Droid Brains, Droid Brains, & Personality Chips
Lidium Extrusive Ore - Item Storage Module (R)
Known Liquid Petro Fuel - Advanced Redundant Power Supply (R)
Crystaline Gemstones - All 6 Entertainer Effects Modules
Dioxis Inert Gas - Data Modules (R)
-Note- Harvest as much as you think you will need, I try to stock at least 100k of each, for the more rare stuff, mine it until it is gone.
Named Resources Quality Followed by what they are used in. An (R) means a componant can be replaced with a lower level componant.
Neutronium Steel (OQ, UT) - Advanced Repair Unit (R) & Item Storage Module (R)
Carbonite Steel (OQ, CD) - Interplanetary Survey Droid
Platinite Copper (OQ, CD, UT) - Advanced Diagnostic Circuit (R)
Berylius Copper (OQ, CD) - Data Modules &Droid Reconstruction Kit D (R)
Duralum Alluminum (OQ,CD) - Structure Maint Module (R) & Medical Modules (R)
Titanium Allum. (OQ,CD,UT,MA) - Droid Repair Kit D (R)
Agrinium Alluminum (CD, OQ) - Advanced Capacitor Discharge Unit (R)
Malabistic Silic. Ore (OQ,MA,UT) - Advanced Diagnostic Circuit (R)
Carbonate Ore (OQ) - Scout Trapping Module
Pholokite Ext. Ore (OQ) - Advanced Capacitor Discharge Unit (R)
Ionite Intrusive Ore (OQ, UT) - Advanced Unit Delivery Cartridge (R)
Rori Fibroplast (OQ, UT) -Advanced Repair Unit (R)
Known Solid Petro Fuel (OQ,PE) - Advanced Capcitor Discharge Unit (R)
Vendussi Cryst Gems (OQ,UT,MA) - Droid Repair Kit D (R)
Vertex Crystaline Gemstones (OQ) -Structure Maint. Modules (R) & Interplanetary Survey Droid
Baridium Amorph. Gems (OQ, UT) - Advanced Unit Delivery Cartridge (R)
Plexite Amorph Gems (OQ,MA,UT) - Droid Reconstruction Kit D (R)
Tolium Reactive Gas (OQ, PE) - Detonation Modules
Orveth Reactive Gas (OQ, PE) - Advanced Redundant Power Supply (R)
Radioactive Power (OQ, PE) - Interplanetary Survey Droids
-Note - As you notice a large percentage of these are replaceable with lower componants, most of them are Droid Stim ingrediants. These are usually rare spawns, so when they spawn get as much as you can, even if the stats are poor.
Well I hope this helps some people.

You know it's a shame you don't get to give a post 6 stars once a week, this one is sooo worth it. Outstanding work flower, I don't get onto the forums as much as I used to (damn crack down at work
) but whenever I come on I've noticed you giving out great advice, keep it up honey you're doing a fab job!

Fantastic List!
I'm always needing some resource and find that it's been used on 3 or 4 other things, but can't remember what I used it on. :->
Worse yet, I go "ho hum" on the SWGCraft pages sometimes, thinking I don't need that one resource even though it's a decent quality.
Your list will help shape me up! :->
[Edit: Besyds, thar arnt no spelchekrz alowwwed in here nohows. :->]

Thx for the kind words. If some of the more experianced Engineers want to check it out to make sure I am correct with everything, I can fix it all then make a final version.

When you get this put together and posted, let me know and I'll link to it in the DE FAQ sticky.
