I just did a random sweep of known Droid Engineer Issues and it would appear that Item Storage now works on the Basic and Advanced version of a Surgical Droid. One down, more to go.

Drashk,
Is this just on test center, or is this live already. Nice of them to let us know huh?

Test Center currently. It may have not been included in the patch notes yet, since it takes a while to compile the Patch notes and it is the weekend for Tiggs. It took an extra day for the Command Program interface patch notes to be posted.

So you're saying that after all that work training myself to not make Surgical droids with item storage I'll soon have to train myself to not not make Surgical droids with item storage?
I can live with that.

I can live with that.

I never knew this was an issue.
Or maybe I did and forgot. I dunno, I'm so overwhelmed with how many resources and MA componentsI need at Expert Blueprints that I've been too busy crying to pay attention to how our droids do and don't work.
Next, if they could just make personality chips a lot cooler than they already are, I probably would not own a non-humanoid droid. I love the things they say in the "converse" menu, but I'd love it if they'd give smart arse remarks (I have an LE Repair with a sarcastic chip) when I give them an order. Like, an actual dialogue bubble and stuff. That'd be cool. And as many others have mentioned before, random remarks appropriate to the personality chip installed. HA! I'd love to go into a cantina and have my droid shout out "You call THIS music?!!"
(Yes, even with all of our profession's inperfections right now, this is actually a high priority for me, just because of how fun and RP'ish it is, despite being not really useful in any way. Sometimes, you just gotta stop and appreciate the small things)

Hey! My LE droid has a sarcastic chip too. And I just built a protocol droid with a geeky chip.

Wow amazing! Now we need the "cant name humanoid droids" bug and the maintenance module bug and I'll be happy.

Holy bajezus!
I thought surgicals would never get fixed (or at least if they could have, they would have been back around pub 7 or 8).

Was about to say that he's actually our regurgitated correspondant but that sounds like it has something to do with a cow chewing its chud.
