Sure enough... Craft enough by hand and It happened again...
It seems as though when I'm paying attention to the craft phase, it doesnt want to happen, but as soon as I forget that I'm looking for it, and trying to figure out what happens, well.... it blind sides me with a full experimenation bar 
Unfortunately I have no idea what the assembly window said because as usual, I just hit enter to pass it, as it never seems to say anything important, heh. Oh well... maybe I'll catch it next time.

Did this happen before you started experimenting? Seems you're on base stats there.
Also what are your current resources like? Don't think I've ever started on 29%, 28% maybe.

yeah, got a 19 out of it.... this has happened to me before.. and I posted it here as well.. had a good run of 119 R3s out of it
usually I start out at 25%... max at 88%

Yeah, I know. But I seem to remember that there was a bit of uncertainty of where in the crafting process the event occurred.

So with a +20 to exp are you getting an extra point to the total or 2 points as with a +25
I SO need to get more tapes. I have a +15 when I ware the droid toolbelt but it's so hard to get to doing it.

Dangit Mr Wizzard! I'm on your same server using the same resources, never once have i gotten that.
Can we figure out what I'm doing different? I have +2 experimentation, perhaps that is it?

Yeah it happened twice to me too, I'm the guy who didn't think to make a schematic of it the first time. The second time it happened I DID get a schematic, and I'm still selling my 117-rated droids for 200k.

my first I was so excited I forgot to make a schematic... I still have the 19 rated module i made from it sitting in my bank =P

Isn't anybody interested in finding out if this is a bug or not? I personally think it is. That's the only thing that explains the randomness of it. Either that or a perverse sense of humor on the part of the developers (which is entirely possible, I suppose).

No!
Something finally nifty for DEs is not a bug darn it! We may not be able to put item storage modules into surgical droids (still have 9 month old crates sitting around waiting for that to be fixed :ahem: ) but at least we should be able to max out a harvest droid to capacity once in a while....
