Thread: Dropping out. Ahazi DEs rejoice!
I'm about to begin the process of going in to semi-retirement in the next week or two. I'll no longer take orders or advertise my shop, though I may leave a vendor up and put a few droids up every week or two. I don't plan on selling any components at the present time, but I'll have at least a couple merchant tents fro sale here as soon as I can liquidate.
As with many fine Master Droid Engineers before me, I simply cannot wait any longer for this to be enjoyable again. I have a Smuggler on Flurry and a wookie brawler on TC that I enjoy playing far more than my DE. After mastering artisan, DE and Merchant; and making some 7-odd million, I find little to motivate me to continue as a DE.
I'll post details if and when I decide to sell of my hundreds of crates of components. Keep fighting the good fight.
Rejoice? Hardly. It's never good when one of the best Masters of a profession quits.

If you can keep one of those merchant tents tucked away, I actually need to pick one up. Sadly my archie is constantly kept busy so I haven't been able to grab one from her as of late.
If you need help liquidating stock, just send me an in-game email with the waypoint ot your vendor (or a list of everything DE related that you're selling) and I'll put it out on the DEnet.

I should be online during the evening tonight (Thursday) and at various times over the weekend. My company's office Christmas party is tomorrow night, though, so if I'm on it won't be until pretty late Pacific time. Sunday evening is probably the best time to look for me this weekend.

I'll hold on to it if I can't get at least what I have in maintenance in it.
I have the merchant tent on my vendor at -3434 5803 Naboo. It has 64,786 prepaid maintenance and is on the vendor for 65k.
My city mayor convinced em to stay on and at least keep the vendors somewhat stocked, so I'll probably do that, though I'm not advertising or taking custom orders.
The merchant tent is still available.
