So far, I only make Probots and R3s. I've heard that R3s are better cos of their higher HAM, but when put to the test my Probots usually come up tops.. heh..

Anyways, stats formy bots are as follows:-

R3

1666 HAM

130-140 DMG

Attack Speed:

Anyways, stats formy bots are as follows:-

Attack Speed: 1.58

To Hit: 0.36

Probot

HAM: 1078

ADV LE repair droids 2100 HAM, 60-80 attack, dont remember the speed. Too bad they all come out as lvl 13 which seems to prevent a player from calling both a lvl 10 pet AND a droid as promised.

Can someone tell me why it takes 1000+ resources in 15 premanufactured components to make a LE repair droid which seems to be the best tank, is SLOW as can be, has batteries that run out, requires a special repair kit versus a handful of simple resources and 5 DNA samples to make a lvl 10 pet with 3000 HAM, thats FAST, you can ride (CuPa, Kaadu, etc) you can heal with your basic stim, and "fix" with food, and doesn't need batteries? Answer this and then tell me how they didn't drop the ball on this so called droid invasion.

This probot should beat this R3 every time if you have them fight. It has twice the damage, and 2/3 of the ham. The probot looks pretty good as a guard for a crafter, as a guard it wouldn't be attacked, so the HAM doesn't matter much. Only comes in to play with adds.

Neither one is much of a tank to grind exp with.

Approxiamtely a month ago I exhausted all of my available resources toput on my DME hat and went to work re-collecting the substantial resources to build driods. After a month of trying to better understand what is going on; a substantial question I have not been able to resolve is:

- When crafting a chassis for an Advanced model do the components in the chassis really matter?

There have been some wide variety of resources used to build increasingly better sub-components so I would suspect that the final product would be of increasingly better quality. However the ratings have yet to really change significanty.

So my "ass"umption is that only the components directly in the deed affect the final build except for the chassis (including: Droid brain, Manuipulator Arm Package Set, Advanced Droid Motive, Droid Sensor, and Micro Sensor suite)which has a volume of 1.
