In another thread, Burchpilot posed the following question:

What happens to the items in my droids storage, if Ior my droid is db'd? Are they effected if I am db'd while the droid is in my datapa? Can someone please fill the last column in this table?

i know if I am deathblowed the items in my droid do not decay, never had him deathblowed though as he is a LE repair. We smugglers are bugged in that our slicing tools (which have no condition) think they can be insured and decay, so we keep em in droids to not have to worry bout it.

OK, so the verified table now stands as above.

I can test the fifth row today... it is the first four that I am a bit hesitent to go out and test

Too bad you can't equip your armor or clothes with it stored in your droid. Would make a great selling point! Not to say that storing items that aren't needed in combat in a droid to avoid insurance isn't a good selling point.

I was jumped by a pack of narglatchs.One incapped me while others were attacking my probot who was guarding me. After incapped the one that attacked me went to join others attacking droid. He (probot) was getting hurt pretty bad, then took off like a bat out of he11. The cats that didnt chase it came back and killed me. When I cloned , I called out Droid and its health was almost at zero. But upon opening droid inventory, nothing had decayed that it was carrying, but stuff on me did.

So, looks like the table is now updated as above.

Seem this version of the table is correct as far as I know. I store my spare advanced droid frames to sell/craft in my R3's item storage.

I have been getting a lot of customers asking for droids with just item storage. Especially Smugglers, apparently they can store their slicing tools there and if incapped don't they aren't damaged. I went ahead and made a factory run of LVL 3 and 4 Item storage modules to put into my droids.

Now I really wish I could find that Lidium Extrusive ore somewhere on Flurry so i can make LVL 6 Item modules.

Items do not decay while in a droids storage ... Period.

I've done a lot of testing on this subject and it still holds true. You can place 10 items per droid and none of these items will never decay.
